Founder Arliss Prass is a Caribbean-American woman, leadership coach, and consultant with a deep history of professional experience in public education. She brings over twenty years of expertise, having served as a teacher, district leader, state leader, and consultant in both traditional districts and charter organizations.
Arliss has partnered with organizations to provide strategic leadership, management, organizational culture development, and program design. Her work has contributed to measurable improvements in student outcomes and organizational effectiveness. In her coaching, Arliss is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in recognizing their strengths, developing new capacities, and adopting practices that help them reach their full potential.
